On April 29, 2010, Maguire was honored as HTI's Volunteer of the Year at the Annual Rose Cologne Volunteer Recognition Dinner sponsored by the Centre County Council for Human Services. Andrew has made great contributions to the Board of Directors and he serves as the Chair of HTI's Building Committee, which is working to plan and execute an addition to and renovation of Centre House. Congratulations, Andrew! |

HTI and the Community Housing Partnership Celebrate 100th First-time Homebuyer
A reception and Matoral Proclamation helped celebrate the Partnership's 100th first-time homebuyer. The Community Housing Partnership, which includes Housing Transitions, Inc., the State College Community Land Trust, and the State College Borough's First-time Homebuyer Program, has been helping families become homeowners for fifteen years.
