First-time Homebuyers Program
- This program is for eligible individuals who seek to purchase a home within the Borough of State College and involves pre-determination of loan eligibility, assistance with credit issues or credit reports, budget counseling, and a homebuyer education class.
- Eligible persons are those who earn between 60 and 80 of area median income (AMI). In 2010, income limits are as follows, based on family size:
